This Refund and Return Policy governs the conditions applicable to product returns and refunds for purchases made through the BellaFitss website, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights), the GDPR, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and other applicable legislation.
By making a purchase, the customer declares that they are aware of and agree to this Policy.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM)
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, without the need to provide a reason.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

BellaFitss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, as permitted by law.
3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As provided under European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases, when applicable:

Products that have been installed, applied, or used

Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned

Products damaged after delivery due to improper use

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

7. REFUNDS
After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

The refunded amount will include the product price and, when applicable, the standard shipping cost
BellaFitss may withhold the refund until:

The returned product is received, or

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

The product shows signs of improper use

There is damage not attributable to transport

Accessories or parts of the product are missing
Any retained amount will be proportional to the depreciation of the product, as permitted by law.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled before shipment upon request by email.
After shipment, the return rules described in this Policy apply.
10. PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
