This Refund and Return Policy governs the conditions applicable to product returns and refunds for purchases made through the BellaFitss website, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights), the GDPR, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and other applicable legislation.
By making a purchase, the customer declares that they are aware of and agree to this Policy.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, without the need to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period is counted from:

  • The day on which the customer or a third party designated by them receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly communicate their decision within the legal timeframe.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must show no signs of use, installation, or damage

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  • The return must be requested within the legal timeframe

BellaFitss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, as permitted by law.

3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As provided under European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases, when applicable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been installed, applied, or used

  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use

These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page, when applicable.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a return, the customer must:

  • Send an email to [TO BE FILLED IN] within the legal timeframe

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Reason for return (optional)

  • Wait for the return instructions provided by BellaFitss

No product should be sent without prior authorization.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • In the case of defective, incorrect, or transport-damaged products, BellaFitss will bear the costs

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must:

  • Notify BellaFitss within [TO BE FILLED IN – suggestion: 48 hours] after receipt

  • Provide photos or videos proving the issue

After analysis, BellaFitss may:

  • Replace the product

  • Refund the amount paid

  • Offer an alternative solution, as applicable

7. REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • The refund will be processed within up to 14 calendar days

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

  • The refunded amount will include the product price and, when applicable, the standard shipping cost

BellaFitss may withhold the refund until:

  • The returned product is received, or

  • Proof of shipment is provided by the customer

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • The product shows signs of improper use

  • There is damage not attributable to transport

  • Accessories or parts of the product are missing

Any retained amount will be proportional to the depreciation of the product, as permitted by law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before shipment upon request by email.
After shipment, the return rules described in this Policy apply.

10. PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

The refund period begins after confirmation of the return.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION AND CHARGEBACKS

BellaFitss reserves the right to:

  • Refuse abusive or fraudulent requests

  • Request additional information for validation
